Controller/Processor Role

For the website, self-serve sign-ups, and direct marketing, JuiceDial acts as a data controller. For enterprise accounts where JuiceDial processes data on behalf of a Customer, JuiceDial acts as a processor/service provider under applicable law. Where JuiceDial acts as a processor/service provider, the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) governs and controls in the event of any conflict with this Privacy Policy.

We may collect personally identifiable information including email address, name, phone number, and address.

Usage Data

We collect data from your browser including IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visit, and other diagnostic data.

AI Voice & Communications Data

If you enable voice features, we may receive audio, transcripts, call metadata, and interaction logs for providing Services and improving safety.
